FAQs

How long does it take to build a Nectar website?

A: The total time to build a Nectar website will greatly depend on the turn-around time for you to complete the content document. Once the content document has been returned the website build time is usually between 3-5 working days.

When do I start paying?

A: After signing up to one of our plans you’ll be sent a helpful document for your website content. You’re first invoice will be due when we receive and review the returned content document. Website work won’t start until the first payment is received, and from there on the monthly payment cycle will begin.

What happens if I don’t pay my invoice?

A: We allow a 7 day grace period where your website and email won’t be affected. You’ll then be sent an overdue invoice reminder. After 14 days if the invoice is still not paid your subscription will be canceled and your website and email will stop working.

Do I own my website?

A: You own your website files (including database) after we have received 12 monthly payments from you.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

A: Cancellations must be given in writing, and upon receiving the notice of cancellation your website and email will be turned off. :(
If you have been a Nectar customer for more than 12 months you can request the website files upon subscription cancellation.
